摘要
教育学专业本科人才培养存在目标定位模糊、专业认同度低、毕业生就业出路不畅等困境,因此,积极进行人才培养模式改革成为主要着力点。其中,15个教育学国家级特色专业在充分结合社会需求、学院办学目标和自身学科优势的基础上作出"研究-实践型"人才培养目标的准确定位和理性选择,并在这一目标指导下探索提高人才培养质量的有效路径:不断优化人才培养方案、科学设置结构合理的课程体系、努力探索多样化人才培养方式、积极搭建人才培养保障平台。15个教育学国家级特色专业作为目前我国教育学专业人才培养质量的最高水平和典型代表,系统梳理其人才培养模式的成功经验,充分发挥其示范引领作用,可以为我国教育学专业人才培养改革和教育学专业教育质量国家标准制定提供重要借鉴。
There are some problems in cultivating undergraduates of pedagogy, such as vague target orientation, low professional identity and difficult employment opportunities, so the reform of cultivating pattern has become the main focus. 15 national special major of pedagogy have made the cultivating target of "research-practice type" with accurate location and rational choice, and explore effective paths to improve the cultivating quality which including optimizing the cultivating programs, reasonable curriculum system, exploring adiversified cultivating ways, building guarantee platforms.15 national special major as the highest level of cultivating quality of pedagogy in our country at present, their successful experience will provide an important reference to reform our pedagogy professionals cultivating pattern and establish our national standards for quality of pedagogy education.
