摘要
采用指导关系问卷、工作满意度问卷和主动性人格问卷,对360名医护人员进行施测,探讨医护人员指导关系对其工作满意度的影响以及被指导者主动性人格在二者之间的调节作用。研究结果发现:(1)医护人员指导关系和工作满意度在其年龄、婚姻状况、工龄、教育程度人口学变量上存在显著差异;(2)医护人员指导关系对其工作满意度有显著的预测作用;(3)医护人员的主动性人格在社会心理指导和工作满意度之间起调节作用。因此,医护人员之间良好的指导关系有利于工作满意度的提高,但这种影响效果受被指导者主动性人格所调节。
Using mentoring questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire and proactive personality questionnaire, randomly 360 medical and nursing staffs are selected, the aims of the study is to investigate the impacts of medical and nursing staffs mentoring on job satisfaction and the moderating effect of proactive personality of the subject between them. The conclusions are as follows: (1) There are significant differences about the mentoring relationship and job satisfaction of the medical staff guidance in the demographic variables of age, marital status, seniority, education background. (2)There is a significant predictive effect between medical staff mentoring relationship and job satisfaction. (3)The proactive personality of medical staff plays a moderating role between the social psychological guidance and job satisfaction. Therefore, a good mentoring relationship among medical and nursing staffs is conducive to the improvement of job satisfaction, but moderated by the proactive personality of the subject.
