In order to ensure the effect ideological and political education, it is required to strengthen the system construction of the ideological and political educators as follows：promoting the work innovation and system innovation of education in the process of transformation and development, and re-grasping the subject of education; reconstructing the teaching staff; integrating and adjusting the contents of education; opening up the channel of education carrier;, reconstructing ideological and political education assessment index system.
