财政支持农村集体经济组织发展实证研究

Empirical Study on the Fiscal Support to Rural Collective Economic Organizations

农村集体经济组织是我国农村基本经济制度的组织载体,是我国农业发展、农村繁荣和农民增收的重要推动力量。近年来,财政对农村集体经济组织的支持力度逐渐加大,但是财政政策的效果在不同区域存在差异,并且财政政策的效果还受其他因素的影响。本文选取统计数据,应用收入不平等分解、混合效应模型、固定效应模型和随机效应模型等实证方法,对全国各省、东部地区、中部和东北地区、西部地区的不同区域财政支持农村集体经济组织的发展情况进行实证研究,分析得出不同地区影响农村集体经济组织发展水平的主要因素。

Rural collective economic organizations are the carriers of the basic economic system in Chinese rural areas, and they are an important driving force for the development of China＇s agriculture, rural prosperity,and the increasing of peasants income. In recent years, the fiscal support to rural collective economic organizations has gradually increased, but the effect of fiscal policy is different in different regions, and the effect of fiscal policy is also affected by other factors. Using the statistical data, the income inequality decomposition, the mixed effect model, the fixed effect model and the random effect model, this paper makes an empirical study on the development of rural collective economic organizations by fiscal support in the all Chinese provinces. Through empirical research, this paper analyzes the main factors which affect the development level of rural collective economic organizations in different areas.
