陈化现象在食品中的应用及相关发展趋势

摘要 食品陈化现象是食品生产中常见的现象,然而由于研究得不够深入以及技术手段的落后,人们对于食品陈化现象还没有整体的认知。基于此,本文简要综述了陈化现象在食品领域的应用及进展。
