The transformation of new and old kinetic energy is the choice of socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter a new era, which is of great significance to the promotion of high quality economic development. To understand the transformation of the new and old kinetic energy correctly, we should grasp the essence of the“active person”, and realize it smoothly in the aspects of reform, openness and innovation. Shandong, as a big economy province, should actively promote the upgrading of the five traditional industries and cultivate the five new industries, and strive to seize the initiation in the next round of information and technology reform.
