摘要
改革开放40年,我国居民消费需要实现了从"基本生活消费需要"向"美好生活消费需要"的快速跃迁,深刻理解新时代我国人民美好生活消费需要的内涵是全面把握我国社会主要矛盾新变化的重要前提。本文重点从消费经济视角阐释了新时代我国人民美好生活需要的内涵,它是人们在追求美好生活中产生的获取各种有利于人全面发展的消费资料的意愿和消费的主观体验。围绕实现美好生活消费需要的要求、动力、方向,本文构建了美好生活消费需要的水平、品质、满意度三个维度,并进一步提出应从城乡发展、区域协调、收入分配、供需平衡、消费质量、消费效率、物质获得感、社会安全感、精神幸福感九个次级维度衡量美好生活消费需要满足程度,旨在为美好生活消费的相关理论研究与实践提供参考。
After 40 years of reform and opening-up, China residential consumption needs achieve a rapid transition from ‘life-sustaining needs' to ‘a better life needs'. Therefore, a deep understanding of needs for ‘a better life' in the new era is a prerequisite for comprehensively grasping the new changes in the main social contradictions. From the perspective of consumer economics, the consumption needs for a better life in China's new era is defined as the desire to obtain various type of goods and services that are conducive to the comprehensive development of human beings and consumers' subjective experience in pursuit of a better life. This paper also suggests that consumption level, consumption quality and consumer satisfaction should be counted as crucial dimensions of a better life. Furthermore, this paper proposes the level of satisfaction of consumer needs for a better life should be measured in nine sub-dimensions: urban-rural development, regional coordinated development, income distribution, supply-demand balance, consumption quality, consumption efficiency, material acquisition, security, and spiritual happiness. All in all, this paper aims to provide reference for relevant theoretical research and practice of better life.
