基于跨理论模型的老年人医疗保健品消费行为研究

Research on Consumption Behavior of Elderly Health Care Products Based on the Transtheoretical Model

文章以城市老年人为研究对象,依据跨理论模型的变化阶段及变化过程特征,构建以跨理论模型为基础的城市老年人医疗保健品消费行为的分析模型,并对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明,老年人医疗保健品消费行为受到来自消费意识、消费动机和消费能力三个维度中不同因素的影响。最后根据跨理论模型的变化过程内容提出引导我国城市老年人健康消费医疗保健品的相关对策,研究结论有助于对老年人医疗保健品消费行为进行预测和引导,并在一定程度上对跨理论模型的应用进行了拓展和补充。

On the basis of combing domestic and foreign literatures, this paper constructs the influencing factors model of consumption behavior by Trans-theoretical Model for the urban elderly health care products consumption habits and characteristics. With summing up the influence factors in each stage as three dimensions： consumption consciousness, consumption motivation and consumption ability, the reliability and validity of the model were tested by SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0. After correlation analysis and regression analysis, the results showed that the consumption amount, consumption frequency, and consumption pattern of the health care products of the elderly were affected by different influencing factors. Finally, according to the content of the process of cross-theoretical model change, this paper proposes relevant countermeasures to guide the health consumption of health care products for urban elderly in China.
