摘要
通过熔融共混挤出法制备不同质量比(9:1、8:2和7:3)的聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯/乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(PBAT/EVOH)共混薄膜,研究EVOH的添加量对PBAT薄膜的力学性能、热学性能及阻隔性能的影响。结果表明:PBAT和EVOH共混体系是热力学不相容体系,随着EVOH添加量的增加,其氧气透过系数(OP)和水蒸气透过系数(WVP)逐渐降低。当添加30%的EVOH时,共混薄膜的OP和WVP达到最低值1.12×10^(-7) cm3·m/(m2·d·Pa)和1.19×10^(-7) g·m/(m2·d·Pa),较纯PBAT薄膜分别降低66.8%和67.1%,说明EVOH的添加显著提高了薄膜的阻隔性能;10%EVOH不仅能使PBAT保持较好的韧性,还增强了薄膜的刚性,改善PBAT极易变形现象。
The different mass ratio(9:1,8:2 and 7:3)of PBAT/EVOH blend films were prepared by melt extrusion.The effects of EVOH on mechanical,thermal and barrier properties of PBAT/EVOH blend film were investigated.The results show that:the blend system of PBAT and EVOH is a thermodynamic incompatible system.With the increase of EVOH addition,the oxygen permeability coefficient(OP)and water vapor transmission coefficient(WVP)gradually decrease.When adding 30%EVOH,the OP and WVP of blend film reach to the lowest value of1.12×10^(-7) cm3·m/(m2·d·Pa)and 1.19×10^(-7) g·m/(m2·d·Pa),66.76%and 67.13%lower than that of the pure PBAT films,indicating that the barrier properties of PBAT are significantly improved.10%EVOH can not only make PBAT maintain good toughness,but also enhance the rigidity of the film,and improve the PBAT deformation.
