摘要 在FDM工艺的基础上,分析了FDM工艺中喷头长时间工作后容易堵塞的问题,建立了FDM喷头仿真模型,比较了Cross-WLF模型和Cross-Exp模型的区别与适用范围,选择了Cross-WLF黏度模型作为仿真分析过程的理论基础,分析了最大黏度下喷头内的温度场和压力场分布,以及喷头堵塞过程和原因,提出了FDM喷头优化方案,比较了优化前后喷头内温度场和压力场分布,验证了优化方案的可行性。 Based on the advantages of FDM technology, the problem of easy blockage of the sprinkler after FDM working for a long time was analyzed. A FDM sprinkler simulation model was established, and the difference and application scope of the Cross-Exp model and Cross-WLF model were compared. The Cross-WLF viscosity model was chosen as the theoretical basis for the simulation analysis process. The distribution of temperature field and pressure field in sprinkler under maximum viscosity was analyzed, as well as the blockage process and cause of nozzle. The optimization scheme of FDM sprinkler was put forward, the temperature field and pressure field distribution of the nozzle before and after optimization were compared, and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified.
