摘要
采用液相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法(LC/QQQ)测定食品包装制品中壬基酚的迁移量,同时研究了壬基酚在4%乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇、50%乙醇、异辛烷五种食品模拟液中的迁移规律。结果表明:采用LC/QQQ法测定迁移液中的壬基酚,样品加标回收率可达92.7%,相对标准偏差为3.3%。壬基酚迁移量主要受迁移温度和食品模拟液种类的影响。壬基酚迁移量随温度升高而增加,在油脂类食品模拟液中迁移量最高,迁移基本规律为油脂类模拟液〉醇类模拟液〉酸性模拟液〉水。
The migration of nonylphenol in food packaging articles was determined by LC/QQQ. The migration characteristic was also investigated in five kinds of food simulants, i.e. 4% acetic acid, 10% ethanol, 20% ethanol, 50% ethanol, and isooctane. The result shows that the spiked recovery is 92.7% and the relative standard deviation is 3.3%, by using LC/QQQ for determination of nonylphenol migration. The migration temperature and the properties of migration liquid greatly affect the nonylphenol migration. The migration amount increases with the increase of temperature and the migration amount is the highest in the simulated food liquid. The basic law of migration is: oil-kind simulantalcohol simulantacid simulantwater.
