费托蜡离聚物的合成及其作为成核剂的应用 被引量:1

Preparation of Fischer-Tropsch Wax Ionomers and Its Application as Nucleating Agent

摘要 费托蜡作为一种应用广泛的新型煤化工原料,由于附加值较低,限制了其进一步应用。费托蜡成盐合成离聚物作为赋予其高值化的改性方法,受到业内广泛关注。成功合成出费托蜡钙型离聚物作为聚丙烯成核剂使用,并使用双螺杆挤出机和注射机制备聚丙烯/费托蜡离聚物复合材料。使用红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对产物结构和性能进行了测试,并使用万能拉力机、冲击试验机、热变形温度测试仪对复合材料的性能进行了表征。结果表明:钙离子成功接枝到费托蜡分子链上并形成目标离聚物。费托蜡离聚物的添加可以大幅缩短聚丙烯半结晶时间,使用量在0.5%就可以使聚丙烯的冲击强度、弯曲强度和热变形温度同时得到提高。该研究为费托蜡离聚物作为成核剂应用于聚丙烯改性领域提供了理论基础。 Fischer-Tropsch wax(FTW) has been widely used as a kind of the new coal chemical raw materials, however low added value limited its application. FTW ionomer synthesis has been received attention in industry which could endow high value of FTW. In this study, FTW calcium ionomers were sucesscfully prepared and used as nucleating agent for polypropylene(PP). The PP/FTW calcium ionomer composites were prepared by using twin-screw extruder and injection molding machine. The structure and properties of the FTW calcium ionomer were tested by FTIR, DSC and TG. Moreover, the properties of the composites were characterized by universal tensile testing machine, impact testing machine and thermal deformation temperature tester. The results indicated that calcium ions were successfully grafted into the FTW molecular chain and target ionomers were formed. The half-crystallization time of PP could be significantly shortened by the addition of the FTW calcium ionomer, and its impact strength, flexural strength and heat distortion temperature increased by the amount of 0.5%. This study provided a theoretical basis for FTW ionomer as a nucleating agent in the field of PP modification.
