Z型工作面切顶留巷关键技术研究

摘要 针对工作面接替紧张及回采巷道变形过大等问题,以50107Z型工作面作为董东矿切顶留巷实验,首先在工作面回采利用采煤机截割成巷,采用端头超前临时支护防护进行端头支护作业,并在巷旁打切顶眼,同时沿切顶线爆破切顶,紧跟端头进行巷道补强支护,最终实现Z型工作面切顶留巷。结果表明:留巷后,沿空巷旁最大顶板压力36.3 MPa,采空区最大侧压139 k N,巷道成形效果良好。 Aiming at the problems such as the succession of mining face and the excessive deformation of the mining roadway, the 50107 Z-type mining face is taken as the experiment of Dong dong mine top retaining lane, the first mining face using coal mining machine cut into the lane, using end leading temporary support for protection Support operations, and hitting the top of the lane in the top cut, cutting along the top of the line while cutting the top, followed by the end of the tunnel reinforcement support,and ultimately achieve roof-cutting roadway in Z-type mining face. The results show that after the roadway is left behind, the maximum roof pressure along the roadway is 36.3 MPa, and the maximum lateral pressure of the goaf is 139 k N. The tunneling effect is good.
