深井冻结壁与井壁共同作用数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究深井冻结壁与井壁的共同作用,通过对顾北矿副井现场实测数据分析和FLAC3D数值模拟对比,分析得出冻结压力初期直线增长现象明显,随后缓慢增长,最终趋于稳定。利用FLAC3D软件建立了冻结壁与井壁共同作用模型。冻结壁平均温度和有效厚度模拟值与实测值基本一致,冻结壁与井壁共同承受外荷载,冻结压力主要由井壁钢筋混凝土承受,实测冻结压力曲线和数值模拟曲线基本吻合,数值模拟很好地验证了顾北矿副井井壁的安全性和稳定性。 In order to study the interaction of deep well frozen wall and the borehole wall,by comparing the actual data of the Gubei mine with the numerical simulation of FLAC3 D, the results show that the initial linear growth of the freezing pressure is obvious,then it grows slowly and eventually. The interaction model of frozen wall and borehole wall was established with FLAC3 Dsoftware. The average temperature and effective thickness of the frozen wall are the same as the simulation values and measured values, the freezing wall and the borehole wall bear together the external load,the freezing pressure is mainly borne by the reinforced concrete of the borehole wall. The measured freezing pressure and simulation curve are basically in line,the numerical simulation proves the safety and stability of the borehole wall of the Gubei mine.
