摘要
设计出一种油气输送管道矫正装置,用于采空塌陷区输气管道的应急处置。为了验证所设计的油气输送管道矫正装置是否能够满足实际工况要求,运用Solid Works建立三维模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其关键部件立柱总成件进行仿真分析,验证了该立柱总成件满足强度要求且变形较小,但其质量较大,人工搬运不便,需对其结构进行改进。改进结构后,立柱总成件在满足强度要求和变形量小的条件下,其质量在原立柱总成件基础上减少24.03%~33.15%。
Design a kind of oil and gas pipeline straightening device for the gas pipeline emergency treatment in the subsidence area. In order to verify whether the designed oil and gas pipeline straightening device can meet the actual working conditions. Using Solid Works to build 3D model, the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the column joint. The simulation results show that the column joint meets the strength requirement and its deformation is small. But its mass is large and the transportation is inconvenient. It is necessary to improve its structure. After improving the structure, it was found that the mass of improved column joint was reduced by 24.03% to 33.15% on the basis of the original column joint under meeting strength requirement and the small deformation.
