摘要
针对龙门峡南煤矿瓦斯含量大、透气系数低、区域瓦斯压力大等问题,采用BZW-200型水力压裂泵组对该矿进行水力压裂试验并考察压裂前后含水率、瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量、抽采浓度、流量及透气性系数等参数的变化来检验压裂试验的效果并优化钻孔布置。试验结果表明:与原始煤层相比,压裂后煤层的瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量均有显著降低,而瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采量得到大幅提高,达到了消除煤与瓦斯突出、提高经济效益的目标。
Aiming at the problems of large gas content, low gas permeability coefficient and large area gas pressure in Longmen Gorge South coal mine,the BZW-200 hydraulic fracturing pump was used to carry out hydraulic fracturing test on this mine and investigate the influence of water content,gas pressure,gas content,drainage concentration,flow rate and permeability coefficient and other parameters to test the effect of coal seam gas drainage after fracturing. The experimental results show that compared with the original coal seam,the gas pressure and gas content in the coal seam after the fracturing are significantly reduced,while the gas extraction concentration and the extraction volume are greatly increased,thus reaching the goal of eliminating coal and gas outburst and increasing economic benefits aims.
