摘要
为迎合国家"去产能"方针策略,拟对七五煤矿进行通风系统优化改造。在保证满足正常工作需求通风量的前提下,达到"降低能耗,节约成本"的目的。首先,对七五煤矿进行通风系统存在的问题进行分析。其次,针对七五煤矿老旧通风机关停后的情况进行风路分析,确保了改造方案的安全可行性。最后提出通风系统的改造方案。经现场勘察,系统改造完成后的各点空气质量均能满足要求,并且节省人力、能源费用达55万元/a。
In order to meet the national "reduce excessive production capacity" policy,to optimize the ventilation system of Qiwu coal mine. The purpose of reducing energy consumption and saving cost is achieved under the premise of satisfying the ventilation requirement of normal work demand. First of all,Qiwu coal mine ventilation system problems are analyzed. Secondly,according to the situation of the old ventilation organ after the Qiwu coal mine stopped,the wind path analysis is carried out to ensure the safety feasibility of the reconstruction scheme. Finally,the retrofit scheme of the ventilation system is put forward. After on-site investigation,the air quality of each point after the system transformation can meet the requirements,and save manpower per year, energy costs up to 550 thousand yuan.
