摘要
采用一款微乳型液压支架用乳化油配方,对癸二酸、妥尔油先分别与三乙醇胺发生皂化反应,皂化产物再与配方中其他组分发生调和反应的两步法生产工艺及癸二酸、妥尔油与三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺的皂化反应和皂化产物与配方中其他组分同时发生调和反应的一步法生产工艺进行了研究,证明2种工艺生产产品的性能指标均符合标准要求,并且没有明显差异,皂化反应和调和反应同时进行的一步法生产工艺效率更高、能耗更低,在实际生产中更有优势。
A formula of micro-emulsion oil was used, studied the two-step production technology of sebacic acid and tole oil sponified with triethanolamine and monoethanolamine, and then the saponification products mixed with other components in the formula, studied the one-step production technology of sebacic acid and tole oil sponified with triethanolamine and monoethanolamine, and then saponification products mixed with other components in the formula. It proved that the performance indexes of the two production technologies′ products meet the standard requirements and had not significant difference. The one-step production technology of saponification reaction and mix reaction proceeded at the same time had higher efficiency lower energy consumption and more advantage in actual production.
