摘要
针对煤矿安全避难舱使用的手动供氧截止阀无法准确控制、洁净度不高、密封不可靠、难以自动化等问题,提出了一种新型密封方式的控制伺服阀。密封界面间采用橡胶密封圈端面压紧密封,释放即伺服的阀口开度控制方式,有效避免磨损产生颗粒物,实时反馈房间内氧气浓度,通过闭环控制阀门开度,使环境空气中氧气浓度维持在目标水平。仿真研究结果表明,与传统手动供氧截止阀相比,具有洁净度高、密封可靠、自动化程度高等优点,为特殊工矿伺服阀门设计提供了技术依据和理论参考。
The manual oxygen supply cut-off valve used for the coal mine safety evacuation chamber cannot accurately control, the seal is not reliable, and it is difficult to automate. A new type of servo control valve is proposed. Sealing interface between the rubber seal ring face pressure seal, the release of the servo valve opening degree control, effectively avoid wear particles, real-time measurement of oxygen concentration in the room, through the closed-loop control valve opening, so that the concentration of oxygen in the ambient air to maintain at the target level. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional manual oxygen supply cut-off valve, it has the advantages of high cleanliness, reliable sealing and high degree of automation. It provides technical basis and theoretical reference for special industrial and mining servo valve design.
