吉林省深化产教融合:现状、问题及政策建议

Deepening the Integration of Production and Education in Jilin Province: Current Status,Problems and Policy Suggestions

目前吉林省深化产教融合存在理解和认识偏差、企业参与校企合作积极性不高、学校学科专业建设与产业转型升级缺少联动机制、公办学校校企合作资金投入有限、产教融合供需双向对接服务体系建设滞后等亟待破解的突出问题。应从加强政府统筹规划、充分发挥企业重要主体作用、深入推进教学改革、加快建立完善产教融合供需双向对接服务体系、出台校企合作法规条例等方面采取相应的政策措施,以充分发挥深化产教融合对吉林老工业基地产业升级和新时代全面振兴的重要作用。

At present, there are a lot of problems that need to be solved in deepening the integration of produc- tion and education in Jilin Province： there is the wrong comprehension in understanding; the enterprises are not enthusiastic about participating in school-industry cooperation; there is no linkage mechanism between the con- struction of school disciplines and the industrial transformation and upgrading; investment in school-enterprise cooperation of public schools is limited ; the construction of supply and demand two-way docking service system of the integration of production and education is lagging behind. Therefore, firstly, it is essential to strengthen the overall planning of the government. Secondly, it is vital to give full play to the important role of the enterprise. Thirdly, it is important to further advance teaching reforms. Fourthly, it is necessary to accelerate the construc- tion of supply and demand two-way docking service system of the integration of production and education. Last but not least, it is crucial to promulgate laws and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation. Thus, the deepe- ning of the integration of production and education will play a very important role in the industrial upgrading of old industrial base and the comprehensive revitalization in Jilin Province in this new era.
