《疮疡经验全书》作者及成书考

Textual Research Of The Author And Completion of Chuang Yang Jing Yan Quan Shu

《疮疡经验全书》旧题著者为窦汉卿,但系伪托其名,故该书历来被认为是伪书。本文从该书早期版本的序文、跋文、文中夹注所透露出的作者、成书过程、时间节点等诸多细节着手,并结合《锡山窦氏宗谱》中的宗族传承关系进行分析,认为此书系窦梦麟以家传善本及父亲窦楠的试效方为基础,在其友人的协助下校勘、增补而成。同时对序文及夹注中提及时间节点的分析认为,该书的辑著至晚于嘉靖四十三年(1564)开始,至早于隆庆三年(1569)完成。通过对该书作者及成书过程的考辨,以期为更深入地探讨该书的学术价值提供参考。

Chuang Yang Jing Yan Quan Shu is an important book of traditional Chinese medicine,but because of the original title of the author is not real,it is always considered pseudograph. This article discusses the author,preface,postscript,the textnote content revealed from the early version of the book,and the clan relations. We consider that this book is completed by DOU Meng-lin and his friends who uses his family book and DOU Nan＇s experience. And through the analysis of the time node mentioned in the preface and notes,this book was first written in 1564,and was completed as early as 1569. Through the study of the author of this book and the book formation process of the book,the article hopes to provide a reference for further exploring the academic value of the book.
