继承与领悟中医临证的三个关键点

随着国家相关法律法规的颁布,结合当代医学各项发展成果与中医学自身优势,中医药的发展必将迎来它的又一春天,但中医学的传承和发展首先是要继承中医的原创诊疗思维和方法,在此基础上方能突破发展瓶颈。继承的关键主要在对中医临证时"象"的诊察,辨证中的权重判断以及中药的用量把握上。本文通过对以上三方面的阐述及对三者之间沟通联系形成理法方药耦合链的解读,推动中医药在临床思维和辨证论治上的现代化,以期对中医药的继承发展有一定的启发意义。

With the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations of our country,combining the development of contemporary medical achievements and the advantages of traditional Chinese Medicine,the development of Chinese medicine will usher in another spring in it. Then the first step to impart and develop traditional Chinese medicine is to inherit the original thought and methods of diagnosing and treating diseases,above this,it can break through the bottleneck of development. While the key to inherit is to master diagnosis and examination for Xiang,the weighing for differentiation,and the dosage of Chinese herbal medicines. This article focuses on discussing the deep connotations of the abovementioned three aspects,and explaining the communication between them to constitute coupling chains of principles,methods,formulas and medicines promoting the modernization of Chinese medicine in clinical thinking and syndrome differentiation,in order to show the great enlightening-significance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
