摘要
目的:探讨全杜仲胶囊对肾阳虚小鼠抗应激能力的影响及机制。方法:采用氢化可的松注射液肌肉注射复制肾阳虚小鼠模型,检测小鼠的抗应激能力(耐寒死亡率、耐缺氧时间及耐疲劳时间),检测血清c GMP含量、c AMP/c GMP、肝脏Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性和脾脏T淋巴细胞CD4^+/CD8^+。结果:全杜仲胶囊可明显降低小鼠耐寒死亡率,延长小鼠耐缺氧时间和耐疲劳时间,且可降低血清c GMP含量,显著升高血清c AMP/c GMP、肝脏Na^+-K^+-ATP酶的活性和脾脏T淋巴细胞CD4^+/CD8^+。结论:全杜仲胶囊不仅可通过降低血清c GMP含量、升高血清c AMP/c GMP和肝脏Na^+-K^+-ATP酶的活性改善机体能量代谢,还可通过增强脾脏T淋巴细胞CD4^+/CD8^+免疫功能,进而提高肾阳虚小鼠的抗应激能力。
Objectives: To investigate the effects of the Quanduzhong Capsule on Anti-stress ability of the kidney Yang deficiency mice and its mechanism. Methods: Intramuscular injection hydrocortisone to duplicate the kidney Yang deficiency mice model,the anti-stress ability of mice( survival time of hypoxia,mortality in cold and fatigue resistance time),Serum levels of c GMP,the c AMP/c GMP ratio,liver Na+-K+-ATPase activity and Spleen T lymphocytes CD4+/CD8+are tested.Results: The whole Quanduzhong Capsule can not only significantly reduce the cold mortality,prolong survival time of hypoxia and fatigue resistance time in mice,but also can decrease serum c GMP content,markedly increase serum c AMP/c GMP,liver Na+-K+-ATPase activity,and the spleen T lymphocyte CD4+/CD8+in the kidney Yang deficiency mice.Conclusion: The Quanduzhong Capsule can enhance the anti-stress ability of kidney Yang deficiency mice via reducing its serum c GMP content, improving the serum c AMP/c GMP, lifting the liver Na+-K+-ATPase activity and spleen T lymphocyte CD4+/CD8+.
