基于关联规则挖掘的治疗心血管疾病中药配伍规律研究

Study on Combining Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases Based on Association Rule Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘探讨中药治疗心血管疾病的配伍规律以指导临床用药。方法:通过对近20年关于治疗心血管疾病的期刊文献中关键点的采集及结构化加工,采用关联规则挖掘算法对治疗心血管疾病的中药、中成药和方剂的研究结果进行分析。结果:治疗心血管疾病的常用中药有丹参、红参、人参,与心血管疾病治疗关联度较高的中药配伍有丹参-檀香、附子-红参、水蛭-赤芍-全蝎,治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证常用黄芪-三七,治疗冠心病心肾阴虚证常用麦冬-五味子,治疗稳定性心绞痛心血瘀阻证常用丹参-三七。结论:基于关联规则挖掘,探索治疗心血管疾病的中药配伍规律,可为中药复方的研发或处方优化提供参考,为治疗心血管疾病的临床用药提供指导。

Objective： To explore the combining rules of traditional Chinese medicines in treatment of cardiovascular diseases to guide the clinical treatment based on data mining. Methods： Through the collection and structural processing of the key points in the literature data in recent twenty years,the mining results of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese patent medicine and prescription treated cardiovascular diseases were analyzed using association rule mining algorithm.Results： Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma were the common traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et RhizomaSantali Albi Lignum,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata-Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra and Hirudo-Paeoniae Radix Rubra-Scorpio were the common traditional Chinese medicine compatibility associated with cardiovascular disease treatment.Astragali Radix-Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma were often used to treat Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. Ophiopogonis Radix-Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus were often used to treat heart and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma were often used to treat heart-blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris. Conclusion： Exploring the combining rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases can provide references for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine compounds or prescription optimization and provide guidance for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
