随着上海土地资源日益紧缺,存量用地的城市更新成为城市建设的主要方式,是新一轮城市发展的必选项。文章通过虹口区HK68B-02号地块城市更新项目的实践,对新时期城市更新技术方法进行阐述,并提出相应的城市更新实施保障。
With the growing shortages for land resources in Shanghai, the urban renewal of the stock land development has become the main way of urban constructions, which is also the inevitable options of the new round of urban development. Through the practice of "Hongkou HK68B-02 Block " urban renewal project, the article expounds the urban renewal technical methods in the new era, then puts forwards related urban renewal guarantee mechanism of implementation.
