摘要 针对当前大电网输电线路涉及因素多,运维难度大的问题,提出基于风险评估的输电线路差异化运维方法。以系统风险相对线路失效率的灵敏度为基础,综合考虑系统运行方式、天气情况等因素对系统风险及不同线路灵敏度的影响。结合灵敏度在运维期间的整体水平和时序变化,从纵横双向聚类,确定各线路的运维优先等级和优先运维时段,实现对不同线路的区别化处理。考虑运维资源的限制,将系统可靠性转化为经济性指标,建立了综合运维经济性和系统可靠性的输电线路逐级运维优化模型。算例表明,相较整体优化方法,所提方法花费更少的运维费用即可保证系统更高的可靠性,且在资源有限的情况下,待优化线路更少,更易于得到综合效益更高的运维计划。 To alleviate difficulty in maintenance scheduling for transmission lines in bulk power system considering various factors, a risk-assessment-based differentiated maintenance scheme is proposed. Taking influence of operation mode and weather condition on system risk and line sensitivity of failure rate into account, this paper performs two-dimensional clustering according to integral level and sequential change of sensitivity. The clustering determines maintenance priority and maintenance time range for each transmission line, and the differentiated operation is thus achieved. Concerning economy and reliability, a transmission line maintenance progressive optimization model with resource constraint is proposed, transferring reliability into an economy index. Applying the proposed differentiated scheme in maintenance of test system, results show that differentiated scheme can guarantee system reliability with less costs comparing with integrated optimization scheme. Furthermore, considering maintenance resource constraint, the number of lines to be optimized becomes less in differentiated scheme, so it is easier to obtain a maintenance scheme with high benefit.
