Quality Assurance Measures of Civil Engineering House Construction Project

社会经济的发展推动了土木房建工程的发展,在土木房建工程施工中,一直存在着工程质量通病。随着城市化进程的加快,工程质量问题愈演愈烈,工程质量的控制是管理工作的核心任务,工程质量问题影响人们的居住,严重的可能的导致生命和财产的安全。因此一定要采取措施保证工程质量。本文简要分析了造成工程质量问题的原因,并提出了几点质量保障措施。

The development of social economy has promoted the development of civil building engineering. With the acceleration of urbanization,engineering quality problems become more and more serious. The control of engineering quality is the core task of management. Engineering quality problems affect people＇s residence,which may lead to the safety of life and property seriously. Therefore,measures must be taken to ensure the quality of the project. This paper briefly analyzes the causes of engineering quality problems and puts forward some quality assurance measures.
