摘要
分析了伸长类翻边,翻边前和翻边后的几何特征变化。通过模拟翻边过程阐述了翻边伸长类似于扇形"弧度角"在不同半径下导致的弧长变化。根据几何学原理,将伸长变形显现化。结合现场常见案例,分析了在不同工艺下导致的开裂原因,并将整改后可能导致的问题提示说明。最后总结了常见翻边开裂问题的解决方案,为模具前期开发、制件造型、工艺规避及中后期模具维修调试提供了参考依据。
This paper analyzes the change of geometric characteristics of extension-flanging before and after flanging. We known that flanging-extension is similar to radian angle,which has different arc lengths under different radii, by simulating the flanging process. Visualize the extension deformation according to geometrical principle. Analyze cracking problems caused by different manufacturing processes, and list possible problems after rectification and reform. At last this paper summaries the solutions of common flanging cracking problems, provides reference basis during the process of die preliminary development and manufacturing processes, also during the die commissioning and maintenance.
