介绍了目前汽车模具制造中复制模具的现状,分析了三坐标测量机在逆向工程中应用的原理,并根据复制模具的特点设计了一种运用三坐标测量机进行的逆向工程操作方法,详细阐述了该方法的要点以及工作过程。能快速且全面地解决复制模具时遇到的难题,显著降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率。
Introduced the current situation of automobile die & mold manufacture copy the die & mold, analyzed the principle of three coordinates measuring machine in the reverse engineering, and according to the characteristics of the duplicate die & mold design a use of three coordinates measuring instrument for reverse engineering operation method, elaborated the key points and working process of this method. Can quickly and comprehensively solve the problems encountered in the replication die & mold, significantly reduces the manufacturing cost, improves the production efficiency.
