摘要 针对汽车后视镜支架塑件存在特殊倒扣,需要从2个运动方向脱模的特点,其注射模需设计一种特殊的二次抽芯机构,在仅使用1根斜导柱驱动的情况下,大滑块和中间滑块先后沿不同方向抽芯,简化了二次抽芯运动方向不同时使用液压缸加斜导柱驱动的传统模式。经实际生产验证,该注射模的脱模结构设计巧妙,脱模过程顺利,工作稳定可靠。 According to the special undercuts of the rear mirror support, it needs to be released from two directions, and a special secondary core pulling mechanism needs to be designed in the injection mould. Only with one angle guide pillar, the big slider and middle slider could be extracted in different directions early or late, which simplified the tradition method that both cylinder and angle guide pillar were used when the directions of two sliders were different. The design of the injection mould core pulling mechanism was ingenious, the demoulding process was smooth and its movement was stable and reliable.
