摘要
研究鸡油菌多糖(CCP)结合耐力运动对高脂血症大鼠降血脂及抗氧化作用,建立高血脂动物模型,通过运动结合注射鸡油菌多糖干预,检测血脂及抗氧化指标变化。结果表明,通过耐力运动和注射鸡油菌多糖可使得高脂血症大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、丙二醛(MDA)等显著下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)显著升高,提示大鼠患高脂血症后,通过耐力运动结合注射鸡油菌多糖可使大鼠血脂下降,抗氧化能力增强。
To study the effects of Cantharellus cibarius lipopolysaccnarides (CCP) combined with endurance exercise on blood lipids and antioxidation function in rats with hyperlipidemia,animal models of hyperlipi- demia were established by exercise combined with the intervention of polysaccharides.The blood lipids and antioxidant indices were detected.The results showed that total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),apolipoprotein B (ApoB) and malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased significantly, and triglyceride (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in- creased significantly in the rats. The endurance exercise combined with injection of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharides can reduce blood lipid and increase antioxidant capacity in rats with hyperlipidemia.
