摘要
建立气虚证动物模的常见方法可以概括为单因素造模与多因素造模两种方法。单因素造模中常见的方法包括控制日常摄食量法、中药泻下法及疲劳法等方法。多因素造模中常见的方法包括疲劳加中药泻下法、疲劳加控制日常摄食量法、疲劳及控制日常摄食量加中药泻下法、疲劳及控制日常摄食量加水杨酸钠灌胃法等方法。论文在单因素造模与多因素造模这两个方面的基础上对相关气虚证动物模型建立的方法进行具体分析与讨论,并对其进行简单归纳以期为后续气虚证动物模型建立方法的优化及创新提供相关经验与帮助。
By consulting relevant literature, it is found that the common methods for establishing animal models of Qi deficiency syndrome can be roughly summarized as two methods, single factor modeling and multi-factor modeling. Common methods in single factor modeling include methods such as controlling dai- ly food intake, traditional Chinese medicine diarrhea, and fatigue.Common methods in multi-factor model- ing include fatigue plus traditional Chinese medicine diarrhea method, fatigue plus control of daily food in- take method, fatigue and control of daily food intake plus Chinese medicine diarrhea method, fatigue and control of daily food intake plus sodium salicylate gavage method, etc.Based on the two aspects of single factor modeling and multi-factor modeling, the methods for establishing the animal model of Qi deficiency syndrome were analyzed and discussed. It is simply summarized to provide relevant experience and help for the optimization and innovation of the establishment method of the animal model of Qi deficiency syn- drome.
