摘要
猪瘟是由猪瘟病毒引起的高度传染性、接触性疾病,遍布世界各地,被世界动物卫生组织(OIE)列为必须报告的动物传染病,严重危害养猪业。论文就猪瘟病毒对机体免疫功能和凝血功能的损伤抑制,病毒的分子结构,酶联免疫吸附试验、免疫胶体金层析和荧光定量PCR等诊断方法,疫苗研究如DNA疫苗、病毒重组载体疫苗及常用免疫方法的最新进展进行综述,以期为猪瘟致病机理和防控的进一步研究提供参考。
Classical swine fever (CSF), caused by classical swine fever virus (CSFV), is an OIE-listed, high- ly infectious and contagious,often fatal disease of swine.The present review mainly summarized the latest progress on the damage and depression of immunological function as well as the molecular structure of the virus,the diagnosis methods such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immune colloidal gold chroma- tography and fluorescence quantitative PCR, vaccine research including DNA vaccine, recombinant virus vector vaccine also some common immune methods, in order to provide references to its prevention and its further study.
