摘要 内质网应激(ERS)是一种重要的细胞自我防御机制,内质网应激时,首先启动生存途径,但长时间的内质网应激将使细胞凋亡。钙离子(Ca^(2+))作为细胞内重要的第二信使,在细胞的各种生理及病理活动中发挥着重要作用,Ca^(2+)的稳态是细胞维持正常结构和功能的前提与基础。内质网是细胞中重要的钙库,当细胞受到外源性化合物作用时,内质网内Ca^(2+)代谢失衡,功能紊乱,导致内质网应激的发生。当细胞中Ca^(2+)耗竭,使得膜上Ca^(2+)通道打开,胞内钙池引发Ca^(2+)内流,使钙池再次充满。论文主要就内质网应激、内质网中钙离子的作用及钙池引发钙离子的内流进行概述,并展望了未来的研究方向,以期望为相关的研究提供参考。 Abstract:Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) is an important cell self-defense mechanism.ERS could pro- mote the cell survive firstly,thus cause apoptosis. Calcium (Ca2+) ,as an important second messenger in cells,plays an important role in various physiological and pathological activities of cells.Moreover,the ho- meostasis of Ca2+ is a prerequisite and basis for the cells to maintain their normal structure and function. Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is an important calcium store in cells. When cells are exposed to exogenous compounds,Ca2+ metabolism in the endoplasmic reticulum is unbalanced and dysfunctional,leading to the occurrence of endoplasmic reticulum stress. When cells in the Ca2+ depletion,making the membrane Ca2+ channels open,intracellular Ca2+ influx,so that full of calcium store. We briefly summarized the endoplas- mic reticulum stress, the role of calcium in the endoplasmie reticulum,and the store-operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE) ,and looked forward to future research directions with the expectation of related research refer- ence.
