Research Progress of Metal Oxide Arresters Based on Numerical Simulation Calculation in the World

摘要 系统综述了基于数值仿真计算技术在金属氧化物避雷器(metal-oxide surge arresters,MOA)研究中的应用发展。共分3个方面:1)基于等效电路模型的数值仿真计算;2)基于电、机械与热的两或多物理量(场)耦合的金属氧化物电阻片(metal-oxide surge varistor,MOV)数值仿真计算;3)整只MOA的电场、温度场或多物理场耦合的数值仿真计算。对于MOV的建模和仿真计算,将来主要的努力方向是改进数学计算模型,以便可以描述ZnO晶界与时间和温度相关的特性。整只MOA的数值仿真计算以及缩尺模型的实验研究正在进行中,并可能成为标准化程序,从而实现安全、可靠的MOA的定制和设计。当今,随着计算机技术的迅猛发展,给我们提供了关于MOA的电场、热场或多物理场耦合的全过程的研究条件,以便更经济地开展MOA的研究和开发。商业化的仿真计算软件能够帮助我们实现高效、经济地计算MOA的特性和工作状态。 The application and development process of the metal oxide surge arresters(MOA)basedon numerical simulation calculation technology is summarized. Divided into three aspects: 1)Numericalcalculation based on equivalent circuit model;2)Numerical simulation calculation of metal oxide varis-tor(MOV)based on the coupling of two or MOV physical quantities of electricity,machinery and heat;and 3)electric field,temperature field or multiphysics coupling numerical simulation. For the modelingand simulation of the MOV,the main direction of future efforts is to improve its mathematical calculationmodel so that it can obtain the ZnO grain interface time and temperature-related characteristic parame-ters. The numerical simulation of the entire MOA and the experimental study of the scale model are inprogress and may become standardized procedures to achieve the safe and reliable customization and de-sign of MOA. Nowadays,with the rapid development of computer technology,we have provided researchconditions for the entire process of electric field,thermal field,or multi-physics coupling of metal oxidesurge arresters,so as to conduct research and development of MOA MOV economically. Commercial sim-ulation software can help us to achieve an efficient and economical calculation of the MOA's characteris-tic status and working process.
