摘要
处于恶劣电磁环境下的通信基站内部监控设备,易受到来自电源线雷击或雷电感应电涌电流和开关操作浪涌过电压的侵害,为了减小浪涌电流对设备DC/DC电源造成的危害,同时抑制电源的传导性电磁干扰,结合防护器件的特性和EMI高频滤波特性的分析,设计了一种具有浪涌防护和EMI滤波的综合防护电路。运用Pspice软件对电路的插入损耗进行了分析,同时采用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对浪涌电流防护效果进行了仿真分析。仿真和实验表明,研究方案能够抗击差模、共模各5 k A(8/20 us)的浪涌电流,同时能够有效地抑制电源的传导骚扰,使设备满足A类设备的要求。
Monitoring equipment in the communication base station under harsh electromagnetic en-vironment,is easy to suffer from power line lightning or lightning induced surge current and switchingsurge overvoltage. In order to reduce the harm caused of surge current on equipment DC/DC power sup-ply,while suppressing conductivity and EMI of power supply,combined with the characteristics of com-ponents and analysis of the characteristics of EMI high frequency filter,an integrated protection circuitwith surge protection and EMI filter is designed. By using Pspice software,the insertion loss of the circuitis analyzed,and the effect of surge current protection is simulated by using PSCAD/EMTDC software.Simulations and experiments show that the research scheme can combat the surge current of differentialmode and common mode 5 kA(8/20 us),and effectively restrain the conduction disturbance of the pow-er supply,making the equipment meet the requirements of class A equipment.
