低温处理下硅橡胶绝缘材料憎水性变化规律研究 被引量:10

Study on Hydrophobicity Change Rule of Silicone Rubber Insulation Material Under Low Temperature Treatment

摘要 为了研究低温环境对硅橡胶绝缘材料憎水性的影响,采用恒温试验箱对复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料进行了低温冷冻处理。利用JC2000DM接触角测量仪测量了硅橡胶试品的静态接触角,得到了不同温度下、不同氢氧化铝含量硅橡胶材料的憎水性随时间变化的规律,并分析了硅橡胶憎水性变化的原因机理。实验结果表明:随着低温处理时间的延长,硅橡胶材料的静态接触角呈现出先增大后趋于稳定的特性,不同温度条件下硅橡胶材料憎水角趋于稳定所需的时间不同,温度越低,静态接触角增大到趋于稳定的时间越短;在同一低温处理下,氢氧化铝相对含量为110的硅橡胶的憎水角最小,氢氧化铝含量偏少或偏多都会引起憎水角增大。 To study the influence of low temperature environment on the hydrophobicity of siliconerubber material,silicone rubber materials for polymetric insulator has been freezing treated in the lowtemperature environment with the constant-temperature testing chamber. The static contact angle meterJC2000 DM is used to measure static contact angle of silicone rubber samples,and the time variationabout hydrophobicity of silicone rubber material has been obtained under different temperature and differ-ent aluminum hydroxide content,the mechanism of hydrophobicity of silicone rubber changes is ana-lyzed. The experimental results show that with the extension of low temperature treatment time,the staticcontact angle of the silicone rubber material increases at first then shows a tendency toward stabilization.The required time which hydrophobic angle of silicone rubber material tends to be stable under differenttemperature conditions is different. The lower the temperature is,the shorter the required time that thestatic contact angle increases to stabilization becomes. The silicone rubber material whose relative con-tent of aluminum hydroxide is 110 has the least hydrophobic angle under the same temperature. The hy-drophobic angle will increase if the relative content of aluminum hydroxide is more or less than 110.
