新形势下民营企业家腐败犯罪预防进路——以新型政商关系为视角

On the Prevention of Corruption Crime of Private Entrepreneurs——From the Perspective of New Type Relationship between Politics and Commerce

政商关系往往在一定程度上能够反映出一个社会政治经济的运行状况。而当前我国民营企业家腐败犯罪现状折射出现有政商关系处于非健康状态,这既与当前大力倡导的＂亲＂＂清＂新型政商关系格格不入,也与国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的总目标背道而驰。因此,民营经济必须走出以往主要通过以＂傍官＂为主的发展模式,以构建新型政商关系为契机,综合运用民营企业家、官方和社会三方力量,从观念、制度与实践等方面多管齐下,进而有效预防民营企业家腐败犯罪。

To some extent, the relationship between politics and commerce can reflect the operation status of political economy. However,The present situation of corruption crime of private entrepreneurs in Chinareflects that the relations between government and business are not healthy, which is contrary to the new type relationship between politics and commerce vigorously advocated by the authorities, but also draw further apart from the general objective of the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity. Therefore, the private economy must be out of the development model of ＂ near the official ＂ in the past. Through construct the new relationship between government and business as an opportunity to utilize the private entrepreneurs, the government and the people to prevent corruption of private entrepreneurs from the aspects of concept, system and practice.
