企业是市场经济的重要参与主体。涉及企业和企业家的犯罪是多方面原因造成的,对特定时空内的企业和企业家犯罪情况进行梳理分析,从犯罪学的角度厘清涉企犯罪基本情况,归纳涉企犯罪普遍性、规律性特点,可以分析涉企犯罪在外部环境、内部管理和法律层面上的主要成因。同时,通过探索建立符合企业自身发展战略的风险防控制度,并使其形成为社会普遍接受的企业行为模式,从制度上强化对这一类犯罪的有效预防和科学惩治。

Enterprise is an important participant of market economy.Due to many reasons, a lot of crimes were committed by enterprises and their staff in specific time and spaces. In order to analyze the main causes of crimes involving enterprises in external environment, internal management and legal aspects, research should be conducted from the angle of criminology,including studying the universal rules of crimes involving enterprises. By exploring establishing risk control system of enterprises, the behavior patterns of enterprises are expected to be accepted by society and to fulfill the strategic benefits of enterprises itself. Thus, the system of prevention and punishment for crimes involving enterprises can be reinforced.
