某250MW水电机组振动区划分及AGC避振方法应用 被引量:9

摘要 水电厂自动发电控制(AGC)的投入对机组的安全稳定运行造成一定影响,通过划分机组振动区能够有效提高AGC的避振运行。为此,采用真机试验方法对250 MW混流式机组开展不同水头下的稳定性试验,将运行区域划分为禁运区、不推荐运行区、推荐运行区,并对AGC运行过程中的多种避振运行问题进行优化处理,包括机组有功梯度调节限值的设置、实时计算并上报调度机组联合振动区、给定有功负荷落在不推荐运行区等。结果表明,振动区的划分不仅有利于保障机组的安全稳定运行,且为调度中心的负荷调度调整提供了参考。 The automatic generation control (AGC) in hydropower plant may cause a series of safety operation problems. The avoidance vibration operation of AGC can be effectively improved by dividing the vibration zone. The stability tests of 250 MW Francis turbine under different water head were carried out. The operation range was divided into forbidden-running zone, non-recommended operation zone and running zone. The various avoidance vibration operation problems of AGC were optimized, which include setting the threshold of unit's active power gradient, real-time calculation and report of unit's joint vibration zone and given active power load within the non-recommended operation zone. The results show that the partition of unit's vibration zone can ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, and provide reference for dispatch center adjusting load.
