为提升国省道通行能力、改善服务水平、优化通行环境、打造"美丽公路",使普通国省道成为"美丽城市"强有力的交通支撑和保障及重要风景线。以宁波市国省道为研究对象,贯彻先进的建设理念,运用合理的工程优化措施、智能交通技术、先进管理手段,形成快捷通畅型、安全可靠型、智慧高效型、人本服务型、绿色环保型、文化体验型(简称"六型")的普通国省道快速系统。从而科学指导国省道建设,起到良好的示范效应,提供了重要参考和依据。
