他汀和依折麦布对高胆固醇血症患者Lp-PLA2的影响

Statins and Ezetimibe Reduced the Effect of Lp–PLA2 in Patients with Hypercholesterolemia

目的:探讨他汀和依折麦布对高胆固醇血症患者脂蛋白磷脂酶A(Lp–PLA2)的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月在东莞市第五人民医院心内科就诊的高胆固醇血症患者[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL–C)≥2.6 mmol·L^(-1)]300例作为研究对象,分为他汀组(110例)、依折麦布组(110例)、联合用药组(80例)三组。对三组患者进行脂质指标的测量以及对每组患者分别在用药的0个月/1个月/3个月/6个月/12个月进行为期1年的Lp–PLA2和超敏C反应蛋白(hs–CRP)动态水平观察。结果:联合用药组脂质指标水平除HDL–C指标其他均低于他汀组、依折麦布组,经联合用药组治疗后的Lp–PLA2、hs CRP水平低于其它两组,结论:本研究能明确他汀和依折麦布的联合使用能降低高胆固醇血症患者的血脂值指标以及Lp–PLA2、hs–CRP水平、表明他汀联合依折麦布的应用对高胆固醇血症患者有更好的降脂效果,提高降脂达标率。

Objective To investigate the effect of statins and ezetimibe on Lp–PLA2 in patients with hypercholesterolemia. Methods 300 patients with hypercholesterolemia（LDL–C ≥ 2.6 mmol/L） were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into three groups： statin group（110） Group（110） and combination group（80）. The serum levels of Lp–PLA2 and hs CRP were observed for each group of patients at 0 month/1 month/3 months/6 months/12 months for one year in each group of patients.Results The levels of Lp–PLA2 and hs CRP in the combination group were lower than those in the other groups except the HDL–C group and the control group. The levels of Lp–PLA2 and hs CRP in the ezetimibe group were lower than those in the other two groups. Conclusion It was clear that the combined use of statins and ezetimibe reduced the blood lipid valuesand Lp–PLA2 and hs CRP levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia, suggesting that statin combined with ezetimibe has a better effect on hypercholesterolemia patients Lipid effect, improve lipid-lowering compliance rate.
