颅内压监测判断颅脑外伤及高血压脑出血患者的预后

摘要 目的:探讨颅内压(ICP)监测对颅脑外伤及高血压脑出血患者治疗预后的影响。方法:选取广东省江门市人民医院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的105例颅脑外伤及高血压脑出血患者,将其分为观察组(53例)与对照组(52例),观察组采用ICP检测器进行监测,对照组采用经验判断或影像学变化等常规方法,比较两组治疗预后的效果。结果:观察组的预后疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据ICP监测判断颅脑外伤及高血压脑出血患者的预后效果显著。 Objective To study intracranial pressure monitoring for traumatic brain injury and the effect of treatment outcomes for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 105 patients with craniocerebral trauma and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Jiangmen People's Hospital of Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2015 were selected and divided into monitoring group(53 cases) and control group(52 cases). The monitoring group used ICP detector. For monitoring, the control group used conventional methods such as empirical judgment or imaging changes to compare the prognosis of the two groups.Results The prognosis of the monitoring group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion According to the ICP test, the prognosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was signifi cant.
