微创内固定与解剖钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation and Anatomical Plate in the Treatment of Distal Tibial Fractures

摘要 目的:分析比较微创内固定及解剖钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取河源市源城区第二人民医院2015年6月至2016年6月期间收治的112例胫骨远端骨折患者进行比较研究,每组56例。对照组采用解剖钢板方式进行治疗,观察组采用微创内固定方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标及疗效。结果:手术指标方面,观察组手术时长、术中出血量、创口长度均显著低于对照组,观察组膝功能评分(HSS)显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在手术疗效方面,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在预后方面,观察组在住院时间、愈合时间以及并发症情况上均比对照组具有显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微创内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折,其在手术用时以及出血量方面均具有显著优势,具有更好的疗效和更高的安全性。 Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive internal fi xation and anatomical plate in the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Method We selected 112 cases of distal tibial fractures treated in Yuancheng district second people's hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anatomical steel plate, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive internal fi xation, and the operation index and curative effect of the two groups were compared. Result Operation indicators, observation group operation time, intraoperative bleeding, wound length and HSS score were signifi cant advantage compared with the control group(P 〈0.05); the curative effect, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈 0.05); the prognosis in the observation group, hospitalization time, healing time and complications compared with the control group had signifi cant advantages(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive internal fi xation for the treatment of distal tibial fractures has signifi cant advantages in terms of operation time and bleeding volume. It has better effi cacy and higher safety.
