Expression and clinical implication of proliferation cell nuclear antigen protein in gastric cancer

摘要 目的观察细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)蛋白在胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达,分析其临床病理特征。方法收集胃腺癌组织及其配对癌旁组织170例,应用免疫组织化学方法测定Ki-67的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果Ki-67在胃腺癌中表达增高,高表达率为64.10%(109/170),高于癌旁组织的35.90%(61/170)。经Wileoxon检验,表达差异有统计学意义(Z=-9.522,P=0.000)。胃腺癌组织中Ki-67的高表达与患者的年龄(P=0.595)、性别(P=0.824)、分化类型(P=0.542)、TNM分期(P=0.073)、远处转移(P=0.530)、浸润深度(P=0.150)、肿瘤大小(P=0.143)及组织类型(P=0.854)无明显相关,但与患者的5年生存期(P=0.000)和淋巴结转移(P=0.006)明显相关。结论Ki-67的高表达可能与胃癌的发生发展明显相关。 Objective To investigate the expression level and the clinical significance of prolifera- tion cell nuclear antigen ( Ki - 67 ) in gastric adenocarcinomas ( GA ) tissues and paired non - neoplastic tissues. Methods The express of Ki - 67 in 170 paired of gastric cancer and corresponding adjacent tis- sues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship of Ki - 67 level with clinicopathogical fac- tors was explored. Results The positive expression of Ki - 67 in cancer tissues was 64. 10% (109/170) , significantly higher than 35.90% (61/170) in non - neoplastic tissues ( P = 0. 000, the Wileoxon test). The up - expression of Ki - 67 was not significantly correlated with patients' age ( P = 0. 595 ) , sex ( P = 0. 824) , differentiation grade (P =0. 542), TNM stage (P =0. 073), distant metastasis(P =0. 530), the depth of invasion ( P = 0. 150 ), tumor size ( P = 0. 143 ) and tissue type ( P = 0. 854), but obvious related with 5 - years survival of patients ( P = 0. 000 ) and lymphnode metastasis ( P = 0. 006 ). Conclusion Ki - 67 may play important roles in the development and progression of gastric carcinoma.
