现代化进程中侨乡历史文化和华侨文物保护的思考——容县杨梅镇社会调研

Reflections on the History and Culture of Overseas Chinese and Cultural Relics Protection of Overseas Chinese in the Process of Modernization

广西容县的杨梅镇有侨乡容县"侨中侨"之称,杨梅镇内存在着丰富的侨乡历史文物和文化遗址。但是杨梅镇同样遇到了新农村建设的过程中,普遍存在"开发与保护"的矛盾,这也是一直存在于我国的城镇化进程中的痼疾。而侨乡文化遗产和华侨文物不能得到有效保护和利用的窘迫现实要求我们必须加大侨乡物质文化遗产和文物的保护力度,扩大文化保护范围。侨乡建设应大力挖掘整理侨乡丰富的历史文化,加强侨乡历史文化遗产和华侨文物的研究和保护,加强与国外华侨文化的联系,以文化的认同增强华侨华人的归属感。实施"留根"工程,促进海外华侨华人与侨乡开展经济、贸易、科技、文化等领域的合作交流,推动侨乡社会的全面可持续发展。

Yangmei Town,Rongxian County,Guangxi,has the name of＂Overseas Chinese Town＂. There areabundant historical relics and cultural sites in the Yangmei town. However,Yangmei Town also encountered thenew rural construction process,the common existence of＂development and protection＂of the contradiction,whichis also a chronic disease in the process of urbanization in China. The embarrassing reality is that the cultural heri-tage and relics of overseas Chinese can not be effectively protected and used;we must increase the protection of thematerial and cultural heritage and cultural relics in the hometown of overseas Chinese,and expand the scope of cul-tural protection. The construction of＂Overseas Chinese Town＂should make great efforts to excavate the rich historyand culture of overseas Chinese,strengthen the research and protection of the historical and cultural heritage ofoverseas Chinese,strengthen the connection with overseas Chinese culture,and enhance the sense of belonging ofoverseas Chinese and their cultural identity. The＂Stay Root＂project should be implemented to promote the cooper-ation and exchange between the Overseas Chinese Town and the overseas Chinese in the fields of economy,trade,science and technology,culture and other fields,and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development ofthe society of overseas Chinese.
