广西书院发展“张力”初探

A Preliminary Study on the Development Tension of Guangxi Shu Yuan

广西古代的书院在发展过程中,注重根据形势变化调整培养目标和管理方式,特别是在科举和书院官学化的影响下,注意吸收融合应试教育模式,鼓励民间力量参与书院管理,充分体现了书院在迎合王权需要的前提下,努力寻求自身独立性的发展"张力",这种张力对推进广西文化建设,提高文化质量和影响力,产生了重要作用。

During its development process,Guangxi Shu Yuan（the Academies of Classical Learningin Guangxi）ad-justed its training goal and management styleaccording to the changing situation. In particular,under the influenceof the imperial examination,it paid attention to absorbing the test-oriented educational model,encouraging thefolk forces to participate in the management of Shu Yuan,and fully embody Shu Yuan＇s development＂tension＂ofseeking for ts own independence under the premise of meeting the needs of the royal power. This development ten-sion had played an important role in promoting Guangxi＇s cultural construction and improving its cultural qualityand influence.
