民族地区公共服务供给的协调治理机制研究

Research on the Coordinated Governance Mechanism of Public Service Supply in Minority Areas

随着改革开放和市场经济步伐的加快,全面建设小康社会的进程也不断迈上新台阶,在2020年之前,全面建成小康社会的战略目标已经在收尾阶段,梦想成为现实似乎已不再遥远,但是,在最后阶段还是有很多问题亟待我们去解决。例如,在民族地区新型城镇化建设过程中,还存在很多问题,如公共服务的非均等化问题便是摆在我们面前的首要难题,这一问题严重影响着民族团结和进步,也阻碍我国全面建成小康社会的进程,为此要解决民族地区在新型城镇化过程中面临的公共服务均等化问题还需要党和国家拿出切实可行的方案。为此,本文就从公共服务协调治理机制的角度入手探寻民族地区新型城镇化过程中公共服务均等化的实现路径,以期为民族地区在新型城镇化发展过程中提供一些切实可行的建议。

With the pace of reform and opening up and the quickening of the pace of market economy,the processof building a well-off society in an all-round way has also stepped on a new step. Before 2020,the strategic goal ofbuilding a well-off society in an all-round way is already at the end of the stage,and the dream will soon becomes areality. However,there are still many problems to be solved in the final stage. For example,there are still manyproblems in the process of new urbanization in ethnic areas,such as the unequal problem of public service. Thisproblem seriously affects national unity and progress,and hinders the progress of building a well-off society in anall-round way. To solve this problem,this paper explores the realization path of equalization of public services inthe process of new urbanization in ethnic areas from the perspective of public service coordination governance mech-anism,with a view to providing some practical suggestions for the development of new urbanization in ethnic areas.
