摘要
为了提高方波可靠稳定性,满足一些由逻辑电路组成的测试仪对作为时钟的高频脉冲发生器的严格要求,设计基于AD9834的高频方波信号发生器.先由AD9834模块产生出正弦波,然后经过7阶对三角滤波器和AD8367自动增益模块整合出杂波少且波形稳定的正弦波,再由TLV3501芯片设计比较器电路产生方波.经实验测试,输出信号频率在1MHz-40MHz内,输出幅度在0.1V-5V可调且幅度误差不大于10%的要求,有较高的精度.
To improve the reliability and stability of square wave,and meet the strict requirement of the tester built by logical circuit which uses high frequency pulse generator as clock,high frequency square wave signal generator based on AD9834 was proposed.First,sine wave was produced by AD9834,and then the stable and clean sine wave was produced by 7 orders triangle filter and AD8367 automatic gain module.Finally,square wave signal was produced by TLV3501.Experimental testing shows that the frequency range is within 1MHz to 40MHz and amplitude is adjustable in 0.1V-5V,the error of the signal generator is within 10%,with the relatively high accuracy.
