不稳定型心绞痛PCI术后应用六君子汤合丹参饮对支架内再狭窄及炎症因子的影响

目的:观察不稳定型心绞痛经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后应用六君子汤合丹参饮对支架内再狭窄及炎症因子的影响。方法:107例随机分为两组,对照组53例给予西医常规治疗,观察组54例加用六君子汤合丹参饮治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效、炎症因子水平变化、支架内再狭窄发生率及狭窄程度。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP及TNF-α水平观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05),狭窄程度及再狭窄率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六君子汤合丹参饮能够有效改善不稳定型心绞痛PCI术后炎症因子水平,减轻狭窄程度,降低支架内再狭窄率。

Objective： To observe the effect of Liujunzi Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction on in-stent restenosis and inflammatory factors after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） .Method： 107 patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI were divided into two groups randomly. 53 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine while 54 cases of the observation group were treated with Liujunzi Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction. The clinical efficacy, the changes of inflammatory factors, the incidence of restenosis and the degree of stenosis in the two groups were compared. Result ： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment, the level of IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF- alpha of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The degree of stenosis and the restenosis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Liujunzi Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction could effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI, reduce the degree of stenosis and reduce the rate of restenosis in the stent.
